SAP SD Functional Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP SD Functional Specialist to support and enhance Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on optimizing the Order-to-Cash cycle and ensuring seamless integration with related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes
• Manage quotations, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and returns
• Configure pricing procedures and condition techniques
• Maintain customer master data and output determination
• Support credit management processes (preferred)
• Ensure smooth integration with MM and FI (SD-FI)
• Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Provide functional support, testing, and user training

Experience

• Education: BBA/BS in Business, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or IT
• Experience: 5–7 years as SAP SD Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
• Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD)
• Implementation Exposure: 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including 1–2 in renowned manufacturing organizations
• Cross-Module Exposure: Preferred
