SAP Success Factor LMS Specialist

Job Summary

The SuccessFactors LMS Specialist will manage, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module to enhance organizational learning programs and compliance training. The role includes overseeing learning administration, catalog/content management, user support, reporting, and aligning learning strategies with business requirements. The specialist will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, instructors, and technology teams to ensure an effective learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors LMS , including user learning assignments, curricula, catalogs, and certifications.
  • Configure learning items, programs, classes, and automatic assignment profiles.
  • Manage learning content updates , including SCORM-based eLearning content uploads, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate instructor-led training setup, location schedules, calendar management, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance training completion and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain learning workflows, approval processes, and access permissions.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports (learning activity, completion, compliance rates, etc.).
  • Provide training and end-user support to learners, instructors, and learning administrators.
  • Support integration with other modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management) and third-party content providers.
  • Collaborate with IT & vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to global learning standards & policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS .
  • Strong knowledge of corporate learning processes and L&D best practices.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory training requirements.
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills (LMS Reports, ORD, Stories, or BIRT preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management certification .
  • Experience with ON24, Litmos, Cornerstone, or eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Learning integrations (Content providers, WebEx, SSO).
  • Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules like Performance & Goals, Employee Central, or Compensation.
