Role Overview
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configure SAP ECP to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with Accenture’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
SAP ECP Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather payroll requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to optimize payroll operations.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple geographies.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management) and third-party systems.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate payroll configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP ECP solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
Qualifications
Experience:
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven track record of delivering SAP ECP solutions in complex, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP ECP, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage type configuration.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with ECP.
Familiarity with SAP Time Management and other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is preferred.
