To join the MSC Group, we are looking for a "Sales Supervisor" who can work with us at one of the MSC Ship Agency of İzmir Alsancak Office.

Responsibilities:

· Preparing, following up and finalizing freight offers for existing and potential customers in line with the defined marketing and sales policies to meet or exceed the sales targets of the assigned trade lane

· Conducting research to identify potential customers and organizing client visits

· Closely monitoring all developments in the market

· Preparing and presenting all necessary reports and presentations

We are looking for candidates with the following experience, technical knowledge, and competencies:

· Bachelor's degree from a relevant department

· Proficient in MS Office

· Advanced level of written and spoken English

· Holds a valid driving licence and ability to travel

· Eager to learn and open to self-improvement

· Strong team player

· Possessing effective communication, planning, and coordination skills

· Analytical, dynamic

· Well-presented and with strong representation skills

· Able to take responsibility and use initiative

· Flexible and able to adapt to busy and extended working hours
