Position Objectives:
Monitor and report on project performance and issues.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Monitor projects progress and issue periodic progress reports as appropriate.
Contribute to management of external interfaces like cost optimization vendors, Baladiyah, engineer offices and site owners within agreed SLA and KPIs.
Ensure that projects are compliant with approved process, identify deviation and report to concerned manager on time.
Support Project Managers in resolving all issues with new and existing projects.
Supporting the activities under vendor responsibilities in relation to final Baladiyah permit submission, related technical documents, engaging technical resources as needed, etc.).
Manage Baladiyah Permits renewal reports in a consistent and timely manner.
Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment, and of delivering multiple outputs, arranged into a timebound plan, in a systematic manner.
Participate to SAQ internal and client meetings as required.
Identify and resolve risks and issues, putting in place remediation plans.
Prepare status reports for senior management visibility.
Manage quality control, consistency of data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation packages in tracking system.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Engineering Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent.
2 years of experience working with major telecom/tower companies in the Tower and site acquisition sector.
2 years of PMO and/or Project Management experience.
Excellent data management skills
Advanced Excel and power point skills and ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
Strong command of English language.
