B2B Sales Executive (Full-Time) — Saudi Male/Female

Role Summary

We’re hiring a full-time Sales Executive (Saudi male or female) to drive B2B corporate deals and consistent lead generation, build pipelines, and hit monthly sales targets across corporate wellness, group programs, and tailored training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, propose, negotiate, and close.
• Generate a steady flow of qualified leads via outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a 3–4× pipeline coverage to reliably hit monthly targets.
• Prepare corporate proposals & pricing.
• Coordinate with Marketing to run lead gen campaigns, events, and demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and weekly reports.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and multi-site rollouts with existing accounts.
• Represent UIN Fitness at meetings, activations, and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Saudi national (male/female)— required.
• 2–5 years B2B sales experience, ideally in wellness, HR benefits, health services, or corporate programs.
• Proven track record hitting monthly targets and closing corporate deals in KSA.
• Strong network with HR, Admin, Procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English; confident presenter.
• Solid CRM discipline; proficient with MS Office.

Work Hours

• Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–6:00 (with flexibility for client meetings/events).
