SAUDINATIONALITY SAFETY OFFICER

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the construction sector.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Strong educational qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in safety management within large-scale construction or contracting projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi safety regulations, OSHA standards, and risk assessment procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to enforce safety compliance at all levels.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health and safety programs across all project sites.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses with preventive action plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to maintain a safe working environment.
