Scaffolder (Oil & Gas – Offshore Projects)

We are hiring experienced and safety-focused Scaffolders to support our offshore Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have hands-on offshore experience and a strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures on offshore sites
• Follow approved method statements, drawings, and safety procedures
• Ensure scaffolds are safe, stable, and compliant with industry standards
• Assist supervisors during inspections and tagging of scaffolds
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and safety teams
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe work practices at all times

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant GCC experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Strong awareness of HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems
• Physically fit and able to work in offshore conditions
