SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN

Contract Duration: 2 Years
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site.
• Ensure scaffolding works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
• Lead and manage scaffolders, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
• Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding structures and ensure tagging systems are maintained.
• Enforce HSE regulations and ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Coordinate with construction, HSE, and engineering teams to support site requirements.
• Report progress, manpower status, and issues to site management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of scaffolding materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience as a Scaffolding Foreman.
• Experience working on oil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and method statements.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Valid scaffolding certification (preferred).
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.

• Interview will be conducted online or face-to-face, as decided by the client.
• Client is willing to wait 12–15 working days post candidate selection for mobilization.
