Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Scaffolding Inspector to ensure all scaffolding activities comply with safety regulations, client standards, and project specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, certifying, and maintaining documentation for all scaffolds used on-site to guarantee a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, assess, and certify scaffolding structures before use.
• Ensure scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling are carried out safely and according to approved standards.
• Verify compliance with Aramco, SABIC, or international scaffolding safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, and scaffold tagging records.
• Identify and report any unsafe conditions or practices to the HSE department.
• Coordinate with site engineers, HSE officers, and supervisors to ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings related to scaffolding work.
• Provide guidance and training to scaffolding crews regarding safety and inspection requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Inspector in construction or industrial projects.
• Valid Scaffolding Inspector Certification (CITB, Aramco-approved, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, BS EN 12811, and other relevant scaffolding standards.
• Experience with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or Ma’aden preferred.
• Excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.

• Salary: Starting from SAR 3,500

• Overtime (OT): As applicable, based on project needs and Project Manager approval
