Image Integrator provides records management services to dozens of school districts, libraries, and universities across the state of NY.

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scanner Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scanning and digitizing documents, ensuring that all information is captured correctly. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in data entry and database management.

```Responsibilities```

- Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital format

- Ensure that all images are scanned, not one document can be missed

- Ensure that all scanned documents are clear and legible

- Organize and maintain scanned files in an organized manner

- Multitasking to prepare next set of documents while monitoring images being scanned

- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of scanned documents

- Assist with data collection and entry tasks as needed

- Collaborate with team members to meet scanning targets and deadlines

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

- Must be able to obey instruction and be open to constructive criticism

```Experience```

- Previous experience not necessary but a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers

- Timekeeping is mandatory for all employees
