Job Requirements* < SCCM Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (Primary Site, Distribution Points, Management Points).
- Manage SCCM hierarchy, collections, boundaries, and site systems.
o Deploy Microsoft and third-party patches using SCCM.
o Monitor compliance and generate patch reports.
o Package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems.
o Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment (Windows 10/11).
o Manage client health, troubleshoot SCCM client issues.
o Implement compliance baselines and configuration items.
- Reporting & Documentation:
o Generate custom reports using SCCM and SQL queries.
o Maintain documentation for SCCM processes and configurations.
o Integrate SCCM with WSUS, Active Directory, and Intune (if applicable).
o Ensure security compliance and follow best practices.
