The Practice – A Brief Sketch

Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative transformation initiatives, aimed at redefining business models and delivery approaches using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a strong learning environment, deep-rooted in agile strategies, where you will get an opportunity to support and work with our key global clients, contributing to end-to-end transformation initiatives and business outcomes. As a part of this high-performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will support:

Business problem assessment: Supporting identification, assessment, and analysis of business problems where analysis of situations or data requires structured evaluation. Managing complex deal structures: Supporting mobilization and governance of change programs from inception to execution and maintenance, leveraging new technologies to drive business value. New business process designs: Supporting design of new business processes based on customer requirements and participating in user review sessions.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role

Support end-to-end agile transformation initiatives with Agile Ways of Working as a cornerstone with good understanding of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, XP, etc. Support design and documentation of agile operating models and transformation governance structures Working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally etc.) Assist in performing and documenting agile maturity assessments and diagnostics on Agile ways of working Provide hygiene support for business development activities and help build trusted relationships with clients Apply working knowledge of DevOps and Automation processes and tools to support improvements in agile maturity Apply foundational knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital to support development of technology solutions and value propositions Support preparation and participation in discussions with senior leadership and key stakeholders Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement

Your experience counts!

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in consulting, technology, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Working experience across:
• Operating model: Understanding of Agile and Intelligent Operating Models and their impact on enabling Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery practices
• Frameworks: Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; exposure to large-scale Agile frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or Scrum@Scale is a plus
• DevOps: Working knowledge of DevOps concepts; exposure to DevOps maturity assessments or roadmap definition is an advantage
• Facilitation is a plus: Experience supporting or participating in workshops using techniques such as Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, and Proof of Concept walkthroughs
• Industry exposure: Experience in Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest; experience in equivalent domains is also welcome
