About the Role

We are hiring a responsible and organized Scheduler / Class Coordinator to manage daily class operations for our Quran education programs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle scheduling efficiently for international (UK-based) students.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage classes between teachers and students
• Coordinate with students and parents regarding class timings
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth daily operations of classes without conflicts
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and attendance
• Communicate professionally with UK-based clients

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
• Prior experience in scheduling or coordination is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
