Position Objectives

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure the timely delivery of data centre or mission-critical projects

Track progress, identify deviations, and support corrective actions for contractor performance

Provide accurate planning insights and reporting to support project decision-making
Job Description and Responsibilities

Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
-
Audit contractor schedules, verify progress, and ensure alignment with data centre project timelines
-
Track productivity, monitor work package completion, and highlight delays or risks
-
Coordinate with project managers, design, and construction teams to validate schedule assumptions
-
Support schedule reporting, KPI tracking, and progress dashboards for management review

Identify schedule risks, suggest mitigation, and maintain schedule documentation
Qualification and Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
-
Minimum 5–10 years of scheduling/planning experience on data centre or mission-critical projects

Proficiency in project controls software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
-
Strong knowledge of construction planning, progress monitoring, and productivity analysis
-
Familiarity with KPI reporting, dashboards (Power BI/Excel), and integrated project controls processes

Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or AACEi are preferred
-
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
