Pinnacle Protection Group is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to support our growing security operations. This role is responsible for managing officer schedules, ensuring full staffing coverage across multiple client sites, and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience coordinating schedules for large teams, and demonstrates strong administrative and communication skills. Experience within the security industry, HR, or workforce scheduling environments is strongly preferred.
Coordinate and manage daily staffing schedules for 100+ security personnel across multiple locations.
Utilize TrackTik or similar workforce management software to schedule employees, monitor coverage, and address open shifts.
Communicate with security officers regarding schedules, shift changes, call-offs, and coverage needs.
Quickly identify and resolve staffing gaps to ensure all client sites remain fully staffed.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and update the system in real time.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal staff regarding scheduling needs.
Work closely with operations, field supervisors, and management to ensure proper staffing levels.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and shift confirmations.
Support HR and operations with onboarding coordination, employee communication, and staffing updates as needed.
Previous scheduling or staffing coordination experience required, preferably managing schedules for 100+ employees.
Experience using TrackTik or similar scheduling/workforce management software preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience in the security industry, HR, or workforce coordination strongly preferred.
Must have a valid Nevada PILB Guard Card or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
