We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for an immediate opening in our Monroe, New Jersey office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting caregivers, and ensuring seamless client care.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
Coordinate schedules for home health aides, LPNs, and RNs
Ensure all client cases are properly staffed
Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs
Communicate with caregivers and clients to maintain smooth daily operations
Coordinate and assign caregivers to client visits and shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver schedules within the scheduling system
Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for caregiver scheduling inquiries
Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly with caregivers and clients
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of client service
Ensure accurate documentation of caregiver assignments and schedules
Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to support seamless care delivery
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred)
Experience using scheduling software or workforce management systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
