Scheduling Coordinator

The On Call Scheduler Will:

• Provide top-notch client service and excellent home care.
• Manage customer service coordination and urgent scheduling difficulties as a priority.
• Rotate the On Call phone
• Answer telephone and process phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Executing administrative tasks as necessary in support of all group initiatives, including but not limited to operations, marketing and finance departments

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
