About the Role
The Scheduling Coordinator Representative supports clients and internal teams by managing appointment requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the scheduling process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of scheduling tasks in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming scheduling requests via phone, email, chat, or internal systems
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments in company calendars
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information before appointments
- Send reminders, confirmations, and follow‑up messages
- Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and last‑minute changes
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify availability and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments and client interactions
- Monitor communication channels and respond promptly to inquiries
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or calendar platforms
- Reliable internet connection and computer access
