About Us:
We are a leading Facilities Management Service Provider in UAE, delivering reliable and high-quality services to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling & Vendor Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage client services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with clients for appointments, rescheduling, and service updates.
- Liaise with vendors to assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work with the customer support team with service-related queries and escalations.
- Manage vendor onboarding (documentation, orientation, compliance checks).
- Cold call and engage prospective vendors to onboard them into our network (approx. 4–5 hrs/week).
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, vendors, and client interactions.
- Contribute to improving service processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling, operations, or coordination roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/CRM tools.
- Comfortable with cold calling and vendor engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client/vendor queries professionally.
- Ability to work from 2:00PM - 6:30PM PKT.
- Stable internet connection and a basic work-from-home setup (e.g., laptop, desk, back-up internet connection).
