Job Description: School Center Head

Location Wagholi | Hinjewadi

Role Overview

The Center Head will be responsible for complete management of the school center, including academics, admissions, staff coordination, parent relationships, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall functioning of the school center
  • Manage admissions, inquiries, counseling, and parent meetings
  • Lead and coordinate teachers, admin staff, and support staff
  • Ensure smooth academic and operational activities
  • Monitor student strength, retention, and admission targets
  • Implement school policies, procedures, and discipline standards
  • Handle parent concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with marketing team to support admission growth
  • Maintain records related to students, staff, attendance, and fees
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in school administration, teaching, or education management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage staff, parents, and daily operations efficiently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, school systems)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a responsible and professional approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
