Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor daily academic activities
- Ensure proper implementation of curriculum as per board guidelines
- Support teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom management
- Observe classes and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Assist in timetable planning and subject allocation
Administrative Duties
- Act as a link between management, teachers, students, and parents
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in planning school events, exams, and activities
- Ensure discipline and adherence to school policies
- Support admission processes and student orientation
Teacher & Staff Support
- Guide and mentor teachers for professional development
- Conduct staff meetings and training sessions when required
- Address teacher concerns and escalate issues to management
Parent & Student Coordination
- Communicate with parents regarding academics and student progress
- Address student-related issues and concerns
- Support counseling and student development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
- Minimum [1-3] years of teaching or academic coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of school curriculum and education systems
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
