Job Description

The School Maintenance In-charge / Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and upkeep of the school campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair work of school buildings, classrooms, offices, toilets, playgrounds, and common areas
• Supervise and coordinate work of maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and technicians
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, water supply, sanitation, and drainage systems
• Monitor maintenance of furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, fans, and equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and inventory of tools and materials
• Ensure safety standards and hygiene are followed across the school campus
• Conduct regular inspection rounds to identify issues and take preventive action
• Support school management during events, inspections, and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with school policies and local safety regulations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
