SCHOOL COUNSELLOR TRAINEE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic School Counsellor Trainee who will support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior counsellors and the school leadership team to create a supportive environment that helps students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing counselling support to students on academic, personal, emotional, and social concerns.
• Support students in developing coping strategies, stress management, and positive behavioral skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to understand and address student needs.
• Maintain confidentiality while documenting student interactions and progress.
• Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and activities related to mental health and well-being.
• Provide first-line support for students in distress and escalate cases when necessary.
• Participate in professional learning opportunities and training sessions as part of the school’s counselling framework.

Experience:

• Freshers with a postgraduate degree in Psychology are welcome.
• Prior internship or exposure to school counselling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
