Role: School Counselor

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive School Counselor to support students’ emotional, behavioural, academic, and social development, in collaboration with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual and group counselling for students
• Support with academic stress, exam pressure, emotions, and behaviour
• Conduct life-skills, well-being, and mental health sessions
• Career guidance and personal development support
• Workshops for students, parents, and teachers
• Maintain ethical and confidential counselling records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology / Counselling Psychology
• Understanding of child & adolescent development
• Strong communication, empathy, and counselling skills
• School experience preferred (freshers may apply)
