Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address academic needs.
• Assist students in creating personalized study plans and strategies.
• Monitor student progress and performance and provide feedback.
• Organize workshops on study skills and exam preparation.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to support struggling students.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Organized and able to manage multiple students.
• Relevant degree or experience in counseling/education (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
