Job Summary

The School Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the school. This role ensures academic excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with educational regulations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance learning environment. The School Director will work closely with teachers, staff, parents, and external stakeholders to uphold the school’s mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Administration

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to achieve educational excellence
• Provide strategic direction for continuous growth and development of the school
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national education regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centric school culture

Academic & Curriculum Management

• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation
• Ensure high-quality teaching aligned with educational standards
• Monitor student performance and introduce improvement strategies
• Support faculty development and instructional excellence

Financial & Operational Management

• Prepare and manage the school budget and financial planning
• Ensure effective utilization of school resources, facilities, and technology
• Identify funding opportunities, grants, and strategic partnerships

Community Engagement & Public Relations

• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community
• Promote the school’s brand through outreach and marketing initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on school policies and activities

Student Welfare & Discipline

• Establish and enforce student discipline and conduct policies
• Address academic and behavioral concerns collaboratively
• Promote student well-being through support programs and extracurricular activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Proven experience in school leadership or educational administration
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and school operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Education (Ed.D / Ph.D.) – added advantage
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight
• Familiarity with modern educational technology and LMS platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
