School Experienced Cashier – Educational Institution (UAE)

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash collections from students/parents (fees, uniforms, activities, etc.).
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash records.
  • Reconcile daily collections and deposit amounts in the bank.
  • Assist the accounts department with fee tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Support parents and staff with payment-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of cashier/accounting experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and basic accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting/ERP software is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and honesty.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
