Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic School Photographer and Videographer to capture the vibrant spirit of our students and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our school's artistic excellence. Your work will help promote our offerings across various platforms, engaging current students and attracting prospective families.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs during school events, performances, and individual student sessions, ensuring vibrant color management and artistic composition.
• Film engaging videos that highlight student achievements, performances, and school activities using professional videography techniques.
• Edit photos with industry-standard tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and Photo Manipulation software to produce polished images aligned with art direction standards.
• Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and post-production techniques to create captivating content suitable for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Manage color theory principles to ensure accurate color reproduction across all visual content.
• Collaborate with staff to plan shoot schedules, coordinate filming setups, and ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines.
• Maintain organized archives of all images and videos for easy access and future use.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and other editing tools such as Capture One and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of photography techniques including photo editing, photo manipulation, lighting setup, and art direction.
• Skilled in videography with experience in filming, video production, and post-production editing workflows.
• Understanding of color management principles and color theory to enhance visual consistency.
• Excellent storytelling ability through both photography and videography to effectively communicate the school's vibrant culture.
• Experience in social media management to optimize content for various platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
