School Principal

Responsibilities ( Retired candidates need not apply)

• Oversee operations of a secondary School
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop and implement school policies and procedures
• Manage school finances and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
• Monitor student progress and implement improvement plans
• Promote a safe and inclusive school environment
• Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position within an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of educational policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in school management and educational leadership
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
