Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Leadership
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of school operations, including scheduling, facility management, and technology integration to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking school policies that prioritize student-centric learning and align with board and regulatory standards.
  • Educational Leadership

o Design and implement innovative educational programs, including project-

o Set challenging academic and personal development goals for students and staff, cultivating a culture of achievement, resilience, and lifelong learning.

o Evaluate and adapt curriculum changes based on personalized learning needs, emerging trends, and research, promoting 21st-century skills like problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.

o Use technology and data analytics to track student progress and identify areas for targeted interventions, empowering teachers with real-time insights to adjust instructional strategies.

  • Innovation-Focused Qualities:

o Ability to lead change, implementing new educational technologies and promoting STEM, coding, robotics, and other advanced programs.

o Creative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to nurturing future-ready students through experiential, hands-on learning opportunities.

o Vision to drive school-wide initiatives that enhance student engagement, promote sustainability, and expand digital literacy.

  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train teaching and support staff.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and support professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for teachers, administrators, and staff members.
  • Address and resolve personnel issues in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Encourage ongoing professional growth and a focus on best teaching practices.
  • Student Well-Being and Discipline
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the school.
  • Create and maintain a positive school climate by promoting respect, responsibility, and engagement among students.
  • Develop and enforce discipline policies that support a productive and respectful learning environment.
  • Address behavioural issues in a constructive and fair manner, working closely with students, parents, and staff.
  • Community Relations
  • Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and government bodies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding school activities, student progress, and upcoming events.
  • Encourage parental involvement and create partnerships that support student achievement.
  • School Improvement and Accountability
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, drive accountability, and implement school improvement initiatives focused on reducing achievement gaps and fostering instructional excellence.
  • Lead school improvement projects such as eco-friendly initiatives, service learning, or technology upgrades to prepare students for a sustainable and digital future.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on school performance, using insights to inform educational strategies and share progress with the school board and community.

Qualification: PG with B.Ed/M.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 Yrs in an administrative capacity in a CBSE school

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
