Position: School Principal
Location: Valencia, Lahore

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 250,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, visionary School Principal to lead a newly established Cambridge/Oxford school. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in top-tier Pakistani Cambridge/Oxford institutions, with strong expertise in O-Level and A-Level education systems.

The role involves establishing and managing the school’s academic, administrative, and operational framework from the ground up.

Only candidates with Cambridge/Oxford (O & A Levels) experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & School Setup

• Lead the establishment of a new Cambridge/Oxford school.
• Design academic structures, policies, and systems.
• Maintain high standards aligned with CAIE and Oxford frameworks.

Academic & Curriculum Management

• Develop and oversee O/A Level curricula, assessments, and academic calendars.
• Ensure compliance with Cambridge and Oxford standards.
• Introduce innovative teaching practices.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and academic staff.
• Build a disciplined, performance-driven academic culture.

Administration & Operations

• Manage daily school operations, policies, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, safety, and quality standards.

Student & Parent Engagement

• Foster a student-centered learning environment.
• Handle parent communication and resolve issues professionally.

School Growth & Performance

• Monitor academic results, extracurricular activities, and overall school performance.
• Lead admissions, marketing, and school events.
• Represent the school to stakeholders and educational authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or related field (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Cambridge & Oxford O/A Level curricula.
• Strong skills in curriculum design, assessments, and school operations.
• 5–10 years in reputed Pakistani Cambridge/Oxford schools.
• Prior experience as O/A Level Teacher and Academic Coordinator is mandatory.
• Principal or Vice Principal experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability in curriculum development, academic planning, and school management.

Candidates without Cambridge/Oxford O-Level & A-Level experience will not be shortlisted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
