School Principal

Job Description:

School of Enablers is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated School Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative operations of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall academic and administrative functions of the school
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards
  • Conduct class observations and support teachers’ professional development
  • Manage student discipline and maintain a positive school culture
  • Coordinate with parents, staff, and management
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in school administration and staff management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
