Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead a school in Karnataka. The role requires strong academic leadership, effective people management, and the ability to drive overall school growth while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school
• Lead, mentor, and develop teachers and school leadership teams
• Maintain compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness
• Oversee student performance, discipline, and overall school culture
• Work closely with management on academic planning and school operations

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed is mandatory
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience
• Prior experience as Vice Principal / Principal preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior CBSE school experience is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
