About Us:
We are a growing school located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, currently serving around 80 students across Pre-Primary, Primary, and Inclusive Education streams. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, student-centered, and inclusive learning environment that supports academic excellence and holistic development.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Principal to lead our institution. The ideal candidate will oversee academic excellence, administrative efficiency, and student enrollment growth while fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Manage staff attendance, performance, and overall discipline
• Ensure implementation of school policies, procedures, and compliance
• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized school environment
• Coordinate with management on budgeting, resources, and planning
• Handle parent concerns and ensure effective communication

2. Academic Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership across Pre-Primary, Primary, and Inclusive sections
• Supervise lesson planning, teaching quality, and curriculum implementation
• Monitor student progress, assessments, and learning outcomes
• Train, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff regularly
• Promote inclusive education practices and differentiated learning strategies
• Ensure effective use of digital platforms (e.g., School Online Portal) for academic continuity

3. Admissions & Growth Responsibilities:

• Oversee student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
• Develop strategies to increase student enrollment and retention
• Conduct parent orientations and school presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community
• Monitor admissions data and plan outreach initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
