Position Highlights

  • School Setting: Serve two school sites within a school district, supporting students from elementary through high school across both Special Education and General Education.
  • Defined Term: Temporary, full-time assignment covering leaves of absence — August 2026 through January 2027.
  • In Person: Fully on-site role — build real relationships with students and school teams. No virtual services.
  • Timeline: Interviewing immediately for an August start.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, including initial evaluations and triennial reviews, and present findings at IEP meetings.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Support both Special Education and General Education student populations across two school sites.
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation and assessment reports.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Full-time, in person, August 2026 – January 2027.
  • Pay: $89–90/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Requirements

  • Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing school-based counseling.
  • Ability to travel between two school sites within the district.
  • Availability for the full August–January assignment preferred.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
