About the Role

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking five full‑time School Psychologists to support Phoenix‑area districts for the 2026–2027 school year. These are in‑person roles only, providing psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral support, consultation, and IEP services across multiple campuses.

Open Positions | Mesa, AZ — 1 Opening

Autism‑Focused School Psychologist

• Serve students with autism and significant behavioral or communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, observations, and functional assessments
• Collaborate with autism programs, behavior teams, and related service providers

Tolleson, AZ — 4 Openings

District School Psychologists

• Provide psychoeducational evaluations and eligibility determinations
• Support MTSS, behavioral intervention, and crisis response
• Deliver counseling, consultation, and IEP‑aligned services across multiple campuses

Responsibilities (All Openings)

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and support teams
• Support MTSS, behavioral intervention, and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support a positive, student‑centered learning environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across assigned campuses

Requirements
