School Support Field Technician- Onsite- Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a School Support Field Technician to provide on-site, first-line IT support for schools and administrative locations. This role supports teachers, staff, and students by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desk-side IT support and resolve support tickets
  • Troubleshoot devices (Chromebooks, iPads, Windows, macOS)
  • Maintain computer labs, carts, whiteboards, and AV equipment
  • Support basic network and wireless issues
  • Install updates, patches, and configure printers
  • Track assets and document work in ticketing systems (Incident IQ)
  • Collaborate with IT teams, school staff, and vendors
  • Ensure test readiness and daily system functionality
  • Support IT projects, deployments, and school events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT field/desk-side support experience
  • A+ Certification (Required)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network)
  • Experience with mobile devices (Chromebooks, iPads, macOS/iOS)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Education environment experience (plus)
