We are searching for the best talent for Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co-op/Intern to be remote or hybrid (no relocation option).

Purpose: The Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co-op/Intern role will contribute to the success of Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Population Health (SPPH) by effectively supporting strategic initiatives related to supporting implementation of specific partnership engagements

This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy and plan that highlights the innovative projects and impactful outcomes driven by the SPPH team.

You will be responsible for:

1. Partnership engagement with select partners

• Support Execution of specific project/engagement with select strategic partners (Eg. UIDP/Duke/UNC or Data partnerships)

2. Communication Strategy Development – shadow, and input:

• Work alongside campaign mindset Project lead, to Support the design of a comprehensive amplification plan for SPPH that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
• Support Execution of specific tactics to elevate awareness of SPPH’s contributions internally and externally.

3. Content Creation, Internal and External Amplification:

• Develop and publish engaging articles for the company homepage, newsletters, and other internal platforms to showcase SPPH’s business impact.
• Produce high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences, including employees, collaborators, and external partners.
• Execute on external amplification tactics identified in strategy – ex: LinkedIn, or other channels

4. Metrics and Impact Measurement:

• Support the definition and tracking of impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of amplification efforts.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Ideal candidates for this co-op/internship are

• Enthusiastic about developing partnerships and strategic communications
• Have experience in storytelling or marketing, and
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the pharma and healthcare sector is a plus
• Science, Communications and Business majors are preferred (preferred colleges: schools that allow co-ops, Drexel University, Northeastern University)
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus
