ERP System Management
Administer, configure, and maintain SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Material Management.
Ensure data integrity and alignment of ERP processes with company supply chain policies and procedures.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related SCM issues.
Process Optimization
Analyze supply chain workflows and identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.
Collaborate with business users to streamline purchasing, inventory control, and logistics processes.
ERP Implementation & Upgrades
Participate in ERP rollouts, upgrades, and module integrations related to SCM functions.
User Support & Training
Provide day-to-day support for end users in supply chain departments.
Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for ERP users.
Document processes and system configurations.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop reports and dashboards for SCM KPIs (e.g., stock turnover, supplier performance, lead time).
Support management decision-making through accurate system data and analytics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth system integration.
Support audits and compliance checks by providing relevant ERP data and documentation.
