Our West Coast healthcare client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and healthcare industry knowledge to join our West Coast healthcare client’s procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Lawson ERP system and a proven track record in strategic sourcing, value analysis, and RFP management.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive sourcing analytics and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimal supplier solutions

Lead and manage RFP processes, including development, analysis, and vendor evaluation

Perform detailed proposal comparisons and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making

Utilize Lawson ERP system to maintain accurate product data, pricing, and contract information
-
Collaborate with Value Analysis committees to evaluate products and services for clinical and operational effectiveness
-
Develop and maintain sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
-
Create and present analytical reports to stakeholders demonstrating cost savings and procurement effectiveness

Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to understand their needs and requirements

Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships

Support contract negotiations and implementation
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management

Proven experience with Lawson ERP system

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting

Demonstrated experience in RFP development and management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Experience in value analysis and product evaluation processes
