<Responsibilities>

• Set up and prepare screen printing equipment for production runs, ensuring all materials and screens are correctly aligned and functioning.
• Maintain pre-press operations
• Operate manual and automatic screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various substrates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in mixing inks, color matching, and troubleshooting print issues to achieve desired results.
• Follow detailed job instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the production process.
• Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project specifications and execute print jobs accordingly.

<Requirements>

• Basic understanding of digital design, graphic design, or related creative fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy, typography, and layout design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle equipment safely.
• Prior experience in screen printing or related production roles is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
