Role Overview: As a Screener, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities: -Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

• Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback.

Requirements: -Based in Egypt.

• Native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer interaction is a plus.
