Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Scrub Nurse located in Pune. The Scrub Nurse will be responsible for preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and ready, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining a sterile environment to prevent infections. The individual will be expected to work closely with surgical teams to provide high-quality patient care during surgeries.

Qualifications

• Skills in Nursing and Medicine
• Experience in Orthopedic Surgery and Surgery
• Proficiency in Operating Room procedures and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is beneficial
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
