Job Description – OT Scrub Nurse

Location: Dr. Archana IVF & Women Center
Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and gynecologists during procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments.
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques during all OT procedures.
• Maintain OT setup before, during, and after surgical cases, including IVF-related procedures.
• Verify and arrange necessary surgical instruments, sutures, and consumables before procedures.
• Support anesthesia team and surgical team as required.
• Maintain accurate OT records and ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste.
• Provide patient care and support during the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with embryology and IVF teams for specialized procedures (Oocyte Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, etc.).

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as Scrub Nurse in IVF centers.
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and IVF-related procedures.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and patient care focus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced IVF environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹11,141.90 per month
