Scrub Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with experience in orthopaedics to join our Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in orthopaedic surgeries and ensuring a sterile and safe environment in the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team during orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring that all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready.
• Monitor and maintain sterile fields during surgeries, following all safety and infection control protocols.
• Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
• Provide post-operative care and assist in the transfer of patients post-surgery.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures, patient details, and any adverse events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualification: DGNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrub Nurse, with exposure to orthopaedic surgeries.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instruments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification: Registered Nurse with valid nursing council registration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
