Scrum Master

Job Overview

PostEx is looking for a Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in agile delivery, business analysis, Jira management, and documentation of technical and functional requirements. Prior exposure to Fintech or Logistics domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.

Maintain and manage the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking using Jira.

Actively identify and resolve blockers or impediments that affect delivery timelines.

Ensure all technical and functional documentation is well-prepared and continuously updated.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and business expectations.

Promote agile best practices across teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Participate in product testing, UAT sessions, and support development during releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong business analysis capabilities.

Expertise in Jira for backlog, sprint, and task management.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills.

Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Previous experience in Fintech or Logistics environments.

Scrum certifications like CSM or PSM.
