About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional software projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and international clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project delivery end-to-end — from onboarding to final release
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, UI/UX) to define clear roadmaps and execution plans
• Set sprint goals, lead stand-ups, and ensure continuous progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing communication, status updates, and escalations
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Manage team bandwidth, productivity, and task prioritization
• Identify risks, blockers, or bottlenecks early and take proactive measures
• Assist with resource planning and work closely with the People Ops team for project allocations
• Conduct post-release retrospectives for continuous improvement

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project management in a software company
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and software architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel (preferably B2B or SaaS products)
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — especially with international clients
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Good to Have:

• Hands-on technical background (basic understanding of APIs, databases, or DevOps)
• Experience with AI/ML, mobile app, or enterprise-grade web solutions
• Familiarity with client tools like Slack, Google Meet, Teams, Figma, etc.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or AgilePM (bonus points)
