Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master (Banking Domain)

Experience: 13+ years

Location: Saudi

Contract: Minimum 6 months (auto-extendable)

Location: – Visa & Travel provided by Client

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant-leader and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in the banking domain.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM).
• Proven experience in managing large Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
• Domain expertise in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Contract & Other Details:

• Minimum 6 Months Contract (auto-extendable)
• Visa and Travel will be taken care of by the Client
• Immediate joiners preferred
