Senior Manager, Digital Program Delivery (Web & Mobile)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale web and mobile application programs. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ship high-quality digital products on time, within budget, and to spec—using modern Agile/DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across multiple workstreams (web, mobile, APIs), driving Agile ceremonies, SDLC governance, release planning, and quality gates.
• Lead large-scale implementations involving Adobe AEM, native iOS/Android apps, APIs/integrations, cloud hosting, and CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare).
• Partner with product & business to translate goals into roadmaps, define KPIs/OKRs, and manage scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage stakeholders & vendors; align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, security, infra) and resolve dependencies.
• Champion DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability) to improve reliability and speed-to-market.
• Risk & change management: proactively identify risks, run mitigation plans, and communicate clear, executive-ready status updates.
• Tooling ownership: structure Jira projects/boards, maintain Confluence spaces, and develop schedules in MS Project.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in project/program delivery, including 3+ years leading large-scale web & mobile app implementations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and modern delivery frameworks.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Adobe AEM, iOS/Android development, APIs, Cloudflare, and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Domain (Plus): Background in digital platforms, customer experience, or enterprise-scale transformations.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per day
